Roar WAG Victoria Curtis kicks off TV career with Foxsports gig "The first thing they want me to do is interview Michael," Curtis tells Confidential. "It might be easy for me (but) I don't know about him. He's feeling a bit nervous about it." She's already got degrees in marketing and accounting, and the bubbly blonde sounds like she might make a go of this TV lark. "There are a few questions he may not be expecting," she says. "He's been trying to look at my notes and saying 'just tell me so I know what I'm up against'. But I'm under strict instructions to catch him off guard." Curtis has been in talks with another TV network about presenting later in the year, and says ramping up soccer's profile in Brisbane wouldn't hurt either. Start of sidebar. Skip to end of sidebar. But by the same token, I have seen fanatical fans here in Brisbane." Last year, Theoklitos played for Norwich in the UK, where they sound a little more fervent than world game followers in the Sunshine State. "They live for Saturdays. The television is dedicated to soccer and only soccer. There were thousands of people walking from their homes (to games) blocking the streets. It's a totally different world over there."
